All contacts were emailed and invited to take part in a web survey. The questionnaire was tailored to ensure that completion was quick and simple. Each respondent had a unique ID which allowed them to quit during completion and return to it at a later date with all their previous responses still intact. The questionnaire was set up so that it contained all the visual cues of the client - logos, colours, fonts etc. |
