The subject
matter was very technical in nature and the service
experience varied considerably across their database and was
therefore quite individual. So depth interviews were more
appropriate than group discussions as a methodology.
Respondents were
senior businessmen who were time poor and often out or in meetings
so we conducted the depths by telephone.
The project team
received extensive briefing on the objectives and technical
issues pertinent to the survey so they would be able to
explore the relevant issues fully. |
